Prior to establishing credit, all purchases require payment at the time of receipt. Worldwide accepts cash, company check, Visa and Mastercard. For the convenience of our customers, payment can also be made through our faxed check program. Once your order is finalized, a check made out to Worldwide Orchids, inc. for the total amount of the order can be faxed to our office (Fax number 407-884-7375). Worldwide creates a check for the exact amount you have authorized, and deposits it. Your bank processes the check in the normal manner. Once a credit relationship is established, Worldwide's standard terms are Net 30 days. All accounts over 30 days are subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month on the balance then owing. Worldwide reserves the right to withhold shipment to all accounts over 30 days. Any attorney's fees incurred on collection will be charged in full to the customer. Any claims of damage in transit must be made within 24 hours of receipt of product. All other claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Worldwide cannot take responsibility for damages resulting from transportation via express delivery services such as Federal Express or UPS. |
